Reva A. Brunick, age 86 of Yankton, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Avera Sister James Care Center, Yankton.ÃÂ Memorial services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Yankton, SD with Rev. David Wildermuth officiating.ÃÂ Burial will be in the Garden of Memories.ÃÂ Visitations will be 5 to 7 PM, Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory, Yankton, and then one hour prior to the service at the church.ÃÂ On-line condolences may be sent at www.opsahl-kostelfuneralhome.com.
ÃÂ Reva Ann Brunick was born September 29, 1928 to Elmer and Martha (Koch) Koster in Yankton, SD and died on August 28, 2015 at the age of 86 years and 11 months.ÃÂ She was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Yankton.ÃÂ She graduated from Yankton High School in 1946 and married Lloyd Keith Brunick Sr. on February 12, 1947.ÃÂ Five children were born to this union.ÃÂ She was the secretary at Hyman Freightways from 1963-1991 and also worked at Hallmark in the Yankton Mall for 28 years.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church since 1948 and was active in greeting and ushering at the Saturday night services and helping with the Parish Key.ÃÂ She belonged to both Hobby and Pinochle Clubs, VFW auxiliary and loved going to garage sales and to coffee at Hy-Vee with "the Girls".
She is survived by her five children: Kenneth Ray, Lloyd Keith Jr (Julie), Nedward Lee (Dana), Dennis Jay and Dolly Jo Russo (Dominic).ÃÂ She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren withÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ 2 more on the way.ÃÂ She was preceded in death by her husband on July 27, 1969, her parents, brothers Lester and Orville, sister Laurane in infancy and great-grandchildren Taylor Brunick and Ethan Brunick.ÃÂ
