Todd H. Hudson, age 46 of Yankton died unexpectedly Friday, March 7, 2014 at his residence. Memorial services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the All Tribes Fellowship, Wagner, SD with Rev. Scott Yoder officiating. Visitations will be one hour prior to the services at the church. The Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting with service details.
Todd was born December 21, 1967 in Denver, CO. He lived with his parents in Denver until moving to Florida in 1971. In 1974 he moved to Wagner where he grew up and attended Wagner Community School. While growing up in Wagner, he worked for Jack Gregor in the bee business for many years. Todd married Becky Divis in 1998 and to this union two children were born, Kelsey and Tyler Hudson. Becky and Todd separated in 2004. Todd resided in Yankton, SD and worked at 1st Dakota National Bank for 20 years. He did odd jobs for anyone who asked him for a helping hand. Todd's children were his pride and joy and loved all the time he could spend with them. He was always there to help his mother and spend time with her.
Todd was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. Todd will be miss by all who knew and loved him.
Todd is survived by his two children, Kelsey and Tyler both of Yankton, SD; his mother, Cheryl Ehrisman and step-father, Rudy Ehrisman of Delmont, SD; his brother, John (Debbie) Hudson of Sioux City, IA; sisters, Caroline Hudson and Patty Hudson, both of Wagner, SD; his best friend, Bird, a British Spaniel; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruby McDeramid, grandfather, Robert Davis, brother, Troy Hudson, nephew, Tommy Hudson, and two aunts, Marlys Daugherty and Janice Goulette.
