Olive Johanna Wollman, age 86 of Menno, SD passed away early Friday, October 24, 2014 at the Menno-Olivet Care Center, Menno, SD. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM, Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Menno, with Rev. David Ellis officiating. Burial will be in the Menno Cemetery. Visitations will be from 5 to 7 PM, Monday, October 27, 2014 at the Aisenbrey-Opsahl-Kostel Memorial Chapel, Menno, and then one hour prior to the service at the church. Olive was born October 8, 1928 near Lesterville, SD to Emil and Johanna (Auch) Gall. She was baptized January 13, 1929 by Rev. Emanuel Gackle and confirmed on June 21, 1942 at Congregational Church of Scotland by Rev. R. Reiger. Olive married Eugene Wollman on October 15, 1950 at Petersburg Church in rural Lesterville, SD. They farmed eight miles south of Menno until they retired in the fall of 1989. Olive was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Menno, SD. She loved her flowers and garden. She is survived by her husband, Eugene of 64 years; three children: Dennis (Geralyn) Wollman of Bonesteel, SD, Monica (Roger) Kock of Chancellor, SD and Charles (Nancy) Wollman of Yankton, SD; eight grandchildren: Jeremy (Kelly) Wollman of Bonesteel, SD, Stephanie (Shaun) Ryan of Madison, SD and Michael (Marisa) Wollman of Rapid City, SD, Carmen Kock of Sioux Falls, SD, Carla (Alex) Cushman of Rapid City, SD, Sara Kock of Pierre, SD, Rachael (John) Anderson of Sioux Falls, SD and Jillene Wollman of Yankton, SD; five great-grandchildren: Mackenzie Ryan, Zachary Ryan, Anasten Wollman, Sawyer Wollman and Elsie Cushman; two brothers, Marvin Gall of Lake Andes, SD and Emil (Betty) Gall of Columbia, SC; three sisters: Eileen (Joseph) McIntyre of Las Vegas, NV, Delores Nelson of Yankton, SD and Marjorie Novak of Mitchell, SD; seven sisters-in-law: Geneva Gall, Esther Gall, Doris Gall, Arlene Gall, Betty Gall, Viola Wollman and Ella Bertsch. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Johanna Gall and five brothers: Raymond, Richard, Aldon, John and Clifford.
