RoxAnn was born on June 2, 1961 in Wagner, SD to James 'Jim' and Patricia Ann (Janssen) Ridgway. She attended school in Yankton, SD growing up and later obtained her GED in 1981. Afterwards she furthered her education with online classes.  She married her lifelong best friend and love, Frank Eugene Kincaid, on December 10, 2011. RoxAnn was loved by many people in her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her children, Patricia, James, and grandson, Kristopher. She always had an ear to listen and would go the extra mile to help anyone if possible! Her hands were always kept busy with many different crafts, crocheting and embroidering or time spent on the computer. She also loved her long drives to the lake and jamming out to the radio station 106.3. RoxAnn had many different jobs over the years, but the most rewarding was being a CNA.  It suited her big heart.
