Paul Elwin Basham, age 89 of Yankton, SD passed away at his home at Majestic Bluffs Assisted Living. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Chapel, Yankton, SD with Rev. Larry Regynski officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Yankton, SD with Military graveside rites by the Ernest-Bowyer VFW Post #791 Honor Guard and the Navy Honor Guard. Visitations will be 5 to 7 PM, Monday, March 21, 2016 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory, Yankton, SD and then one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
