I met Emil & Evelyn 10 years ago upon find in my Grandmother's things after she passed away, that we had family on the eastern side of South Dakota. I will always be grateful to my Mother for finding our other family members of Tabor. I have been so blessed to have known Emil & Evelyn for these past 10 years. Each year that I said goodbye to Emil, he would hug me very tight and say that he wanted to make it an extra good hug as he might not be there for my next annual visit to Tabor. We both would shed years, but I told him that he couldn't go anywhere because I wanted more time to visit with them & learn more family history & spend more time with him & Evelyn too. I am so grateful for the time I did have with Emil. He was a remarkable person and my life but has been so much more blessed having known him & being a part of his wonderful family. I love you Emil & miss you more than words can express.

To the Family of Emil Beran; Please accept our deepest sympathy! Ron & I are so glad we went to visit Emil while he was living at his home in Tabor 2 weeks ago. We had such a good visit, and he remembered all the fun things Evelen & he had done on their trips together, with my parents, Stanley & Helen Rezac from years & years ago. They had some wild times together, in their younger days. Just think, now they are all together again. Probably playing cards and dancing to those polkas & waltzes. May they all rest in peace, in God's heavenly arms.
